I would like to know if the people running for election are aware that Jack Duncan has once again prevailed against Crafton Borough in his case and Duncan has been awarded 1 million dollars plus legal fees and delay damages that will surely bring the total award near 2 million dollars.
Moreover when will the Borough stop fighting a case they can not possibly win. All they are doing is wasteing taxpayer dollars and the longer it goes the more interest they have to pay in damages. Furthermore the residents of Crafton are provideing a wonderful retirement for Attoney Dempsey; who continues to tickle this legal file for more legal fees.
Haven't the people paid enough money now to quit this protracted litigation that started to avoid paying 15 thousand more dollars for all the property. Now, they have only one piece that they are not useing and are paying 2 million for it.
