Earlier this year (02/14/2011) the Carnegie Police Department reported an attempted child luring incident.

(04/08/2011) Carnegie Police report the student from Carlynton School District again reported seeing this individual in the Carnegie community.

The man was described as an older white male with gray hair wearing a camouflage colored ball cap. The man was driving an older model, white, "beat-up" pick-up truck with 2 doors. The driver attempted to have the student approach the vehicle.

Please tell your children to avoid talking to strangers and to always travel in groups.
